Frequently Asked Questions

How can I register?
In order to register, please go to our website’s home page, click sign-in on the top right corner and then on register. From there, you can input your surname, membership number and home club which will take you to the registration page.

What do I do if I lost my card or if it has expired?
Please use the Contact form, found at the bottom of the page under the Contact tab.

I forgot my password. How can I access my account?
You can go to our sign-in page of the website and click on “Forgot Password?”. From there you can input the email used to set-up your account and request for a password reset.

I registered but haven’t received my IAC card yet?
Please note we send all IAC cards to members home clubs and it can take up to two working weeks. If it has been over that time frame and you have checked with your home club, please get in contact with us. If you need your card as soon as possible for travelling, you can log into your account with us and can access your digital card, this will allow you to visit reciprocal clubs.

How can I make a booking request?
On our website, once you have signed-in, go to the club’s page where you wish to visit. Under the club name and photo, in the right-hand corner, you will see an option to book, choosing a start and end date. Once the dates are chosen, please click book. Once you have made your booking, a letter of introduction will be sent directly to the club and then once they have confirmed it, they will notify you via email. A copy of the letter will be sent your email inbox. Please check your spam folder if you have not received it.

How can I make a golf / room booking or a table reservation?
Once you make a booking, you will be directed to the confirmation page to overlook your entry one more time. Below, there will be a special requests box where you can input reservation details.

I haven’t yet received reply from the visiting Club. What do I do?
Go to the Contact tab and fill out the contact form down at the bottom with the name of the visiting club. We will get in touch with them on your behalf.

How do I make use of IAC exclusive benefits?
Go to the Club & Benefits tab, click on the Partners & Benefits tab and click on the benefit you want to view details.

How do I book an exclusive event through the IAC concierge service?
Click on Clubs & Benefits, then click on the Concierge Service tab. On that page, simply click on the event you want to book to view details.
