The personal details you provide (such as name, title, gender, address, e-mail address and phone number) when registering for an IAC membership or enquiring about our services.

• Where you are a member, provide you with membership services and administer your membership account.

If you are an existing member or customer of ours, we will only contact you by electronic means (such as e-mail) with information about goods and services.
• To contact you in connection with user/customer/member surveys and use any information you choose to submit in response.
• To administer our website and ensure that our website is presented in the most effective manner for you and for your computer/device.

We require background location permission to notify you about nearby IAC Clubs.

We use location-related information that you allow us to receive if you turn on the Location Services device setting. This includes things such as your GPS location and, depending on the operating system you’re using, other device signals (such as Wi-Fi and Bluetooth). We also use this data to deliver you content applicable to your current location to benefit your membership whilst traveling we ask for permission to share your location to tailor your notifications to your current location.

We may disclose your Data to third parties who provide a service to us or in the event that we sell or buy any business or assets, in which case we may disclose your Data to the prospective seller or buyer of such business or assets or if we are under a duty to disclose or share your Data in order to comply with any legal obligation, or to protect our rights, property, or safety of staff or customers.
