The Shanghai Racquet Club is brimming with resort facilities. There are six indoor and seven outdoor tennis courts offering Har Tru Clay hard court surfaces. There is a full complement of tennis programs available at the club, all run by resident international tennis professionals. These include round robins and academies. Private lessons are also available. There is no charge for use of tennis courts or other club fitness facilities; however charges are made for programs and private lessons. A large outdoor swimming pool with surrounding umbrella seating, Jacuzzis and a sandy beach is available to all guests in summer. A beautiful indoor pool provides the opportunity to take a dip even in the colder winter months. A beauty spa, restaurants and the latest cutting edge fitness equipment are all available at the club. Paddles Restaurant offers a fine range of simpler meals. An extensive selection of meeting rooms offers all the latest technology. Management can package meetings to suit your requirements and also include a tennis clinic, poolside barbecue or other team building events to round off a successful meeting. There are organized programs as well as supervised play to allow parents to take a few hours on the tennis court or exercise at the club. The club has a small selection of serviced apartments with very competitive rates and no hidden service charges. All apartments all fully equipped and offer daily maid service to guests. Apartment guests have full use of the club facilities without additional charges. Airport transfers are available with prior booking.
