Bearspaw has long been known as one of Calgary’s top private member clubs, with the primary goal of providing members with the best experience in Western Canada. But that’s about the only thing that hasn’t changed in recent years.
The club, acquired by longtime members, has a new clubhouse that is certainly one of the best in the city. This terrific new building, with its rustic modern charm, overlooks the course and majestic Rocky Mountains.
Located in the city’s north-west, only a short drive from downtown, Bearspaw is your escape, a great member club with a community connected by their love of golf.

Club Rules

Dress Code Appropriate golf attire is required at all times. Shirts must have a collar and/or sleeves, and golf-specific clothing is expected on the course and practice facilities. Cargo shorts, denim on the course, tank tops, cut-off shorts, tracksuits, leggings, offensive clothing, and other casual athletic wear are not permitted while golfing. Soft-spike golf shoes are required. Smart casual attire is acceptable in the clubhouse, and members and guests are expected to maintain a neat and respectful appearance. The club reserves the right to refuse access to those not complying with the dress code.
